1.2 Products That Cannot Be Refunded
- Consumable products that have been opened, tested, or used.

1.3 When Refunds Are Issued
Once your return reaches us, it will be inspected to ensure it matches our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive confirmation after the refund is processed, although your bank or payment provider may require extra time to display the funds.
1.4 Shipping Costs & Related Charges
- Original delivery fees are not refundable unless the order issue was caused by an incorrect or faulty item.

2. Canceling an Order
